Change is inevitable in our life, many people are in static position they desire change they don’t know what it takes to be change ”until something change within you nothing changes around every changes begins from within. Without a change there cannot be change without” you will agree with me that there that there cannot be a move without a mover, change will come when you desire to have a change of level

COST OF CHANGE

Nothing great happens happen on its own, there is no rise without a price. Without a reaction there is no motion and without a motion there cannot be a change of position, Discipline is the capital price you pay for every desire change, Discipline is doing what is required to get what is desired and it is doing what is demanded and not what is convenient , change always caries a cost, if change is about added value and value is a function of cost ,no change without a cost ,anyone who will move the world will have to move himself first.

POWER OF INFORMATION

Nothing empowers like knowledge, to be inform is to be transform and to be uninformed is to be deform, being inform is not just knowing something , it’s possessing a working knowledge of that thing. You cannot be genuinely inform without making appropriate move, “Anyone who stop learning is old” and committed readers are potential great leaders. You will be the same that you are this year in five times ,except  for two things: The book you read and the people with whom you work with.

POWER OF PREPERATION

You don’t need a century to effect a change, you only need effective preparation to provoke unusual changes before you can change you need to prepare, plan, program your plans and seek necessary helps which are divided into two: looking out for recourse material where fact can be gather and prayers too.

THE POWER OF COMMITMENT

Cost of change, information, preparation  are not only enough for change, without commitment there cannot be accomplishment. there is time for everything. Commit  yourself to continuous  change if you want to be change. You cannot be committed and not creative and you cannot be creative and not be productive  and you cannot be productive and not be successful  and you cannot be successful and not have impact.

Before we can expect a change of levels, we must know what will cost us to effect a change of levels, and will cannot sit back at a position and be expecting change of levels “ nothing change until something change ”

           i hope will have all see the reason why will should stop saying that things will change with time,because time changes nothing until when will want to be change
