Modern life Is full of hassle deadlines, frustration and demand. For many people, stress is so common that it has become a way of life, you can protect yourself by understanding stress and how to reduces its harmful effect. Stress happens when we feel that we can't cope with pressure and triggers physiological responses.
What is stress?
Stress is the feeling we have when under pressure that poses challenge or threat to our well being, a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances Stress may occur in some ways but I will divide it into 3 types of stress.
1 Acute Stress.
Of all forms of stress, acute stress is the most widely experience one, since it typically caused by daily demands and pressure encountered by each one of us.
2. Episodic Stress.
This is as a result of ACUTE stress that is suffered frequently, this is usually seen in people who make self-inflicted, unrealistic or unreasonable demands which bring too much stress in the attempt to accomplish these goals.
3 Chronic Stress.
This is the total opposite of Acute stress, its not exciting and thrilling but dangerous and unhealthy. Chronic stress tears the life of a person apart, his mind, body or spirit this is a result of long time exposure to stressor such as unhappy marriage, traumatic experience, unwanted job, stress of poverty etc.
What is stressor Stressor is an agent or stimulus that cause stress
We can see that stress are in three different types How to know that you are under stress Like every illness that have symptoms Stress also have symptoms and the symptoms of stress are:-
1. Headache
2 sleep problem
3. Anxiety
4. Restlessness
5. Overreaction or undereaction
6. Angry outburst and Dry mouth etc...
Like every other illness have cure, even the dreaded EBOLA virus seems to have vaccine now, so is stress, you can control stress, avoid stress and live a life of stress free.
